Dark Chocolate Bark With Cranberries & Pistachios

A super easy, chocolatey recipe that’s also extremely addicting?  That is a dangerous combination, people.  I’ve already made this twice, and I can’t wait to try new combinations.  Up next, peppermint bark for the holidays!

Dark Chocolate Bark With Cranberries & Pistachios

INGREDIENTS
7 oz dark chocolate (I found two 3.5 oz bars)
4.5 oz shelled pistachios
2.5 oz dried cranberries

Line a jellyroll pan with foil.

Coarsely chop pistachios and cranberries.

Melt chocolate in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds.  Immediately pour into nut mixture and stir until just combined. *Do not make the mistake I did the first time and let the chocolate sit for too long.  It will be really hard to spread in the pan.

Spread mixture on your foil-lined pan and then freeze for 1 hour.

Break into pieces.

Try not to eat it all!
